The Southeast Hedge Fund Association has assembled a panel of experts to discuss the likelihood of the enactment of this proposal and the myriad factors involved in meeting the extensive and complex compliance requirements. Many organizations are charging participants thousands of dollars to review these issues. Your membership dues are all you need to hear this one-hour presentation.
